Inside this free story, you and your child will:

Meet the friends of Coral Cove — Zuri, Nia, Pip, Kobi, Sana, Tovo and Maro and see how each one is a little different, and how that's exactly as it should be.

Discover the Coral Cove circle — the two simple steps every story begins with: make a space, and say a name.

Practise the feeling of belonging, through warm, repeatable, rhythmic language designed to be read aloud again and again.

Talk it through together, with a page of gentle discussion questions and a simple "have a go" activity built right into the book.

See the bigger picture - a short note for grown-ups on why belonging comes first in early years frameworks around the world, from the EYLF, PYP and EYFS
