At Inn of Thoughts, I support everyone who shapes a child's world.
I bring together more than 25 years of international experience in early childhood and special education, teacher professional development, and strengths-based coaching to work alongside educators, school leaders, professionals, and parents.
My practice rests on one belief: that reflective, inclusive practice and a genuine commitment to children's voice, transforms the way we teach, lead, and raise the next generation.
Whether you are an educator seeking clarity in your teaching, a school leader navigating complex learning needs, a professional growing into your strengths, or a parent wanting to understand and champion your child, Inn of Thoughts offers a space to learn, reflect, and transform.
Consulting & Professional Learning
For educators and schools committed to inclusive, reflective practice. I work with teams on neurodiversity and supporting children who are neurodivergent, curriculum and accreditation, and reflective professional growth through my PIECES Reflective Framework, a structured way for practitioners to see their practice, and their children, more clearly.
Strengths-Based Coaching
As a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach, I help individuals and teams name what they do best and build from it moving from self-doubt to confident, values-led practice.
Coral Cove: Social & Emotional Learning Stories
Our programme for children aged 3 to 5 is told through a cast of original reef characters who help children name feelings, navigate friendships, and grow in empathy. Delivered as storybooks and classroom resources for schools and families who want SEL that children genuinely love.
Family & Parent Programmes
Reflective, strengths-based support for parents: understanding neurodiversity at home, listening to your child's voice, and carrying the same social-emotional language children meet at school into everyday family life.
AI Literacies in Early Childhood
An emerging focus of my work. Rather than starting with tools, I help educators and families approach AI thoughtfully grounded in educator reflection and children's voice. This work reframes what early-years AI literacy can mean, and is where a great deal of my current thinking and writing lives.
My offerings are delivered globally online and in person at Auberge des Pensées a tranquil retreat in the Bordeaux wine district designed for reflection, learning, and meaningful conversations.
